Organising AGM (annual general meetings) and EGM (extra ordinary general meetings) at a convenient place and time for you. Listening to your concerns, advising, providing insights and solutions to solve your problems then acting on them expeditiously.

 

We prepare budgets and schedules, collect levies, (all funds are held in separate Trust Accounts) and ensure that Inland Revenue tax and G.S.T. returns are lodged on time every time using our up to date accounting software system.  We make sure your building is always insured at the most competitive rates.

 

We charge an annual fee. There are no extra charges for organising repairs or maintenance on your building or common areas that are in the budget, guaranteeing our fees will be lower than your present Body Corporate management company.

 

Korva is a highly principled company and is transparent in all of its dealings. Any commissions or rebates that we receive in respect of any services we arrange, in particular Insurance, will be rebated in full to your Body Corporate's trust account. Any discounts we can negotiate are reflected in a lower cost to your Body Corporate.

 

When you choose  to change to Korva-bcc we will organise the transition at no cost to you, ensuring a smooth and seamless change over.
